Brickell

Just a short drive from the gorgeous white sand beaches of Miami Beach.

Welcome to Brickell

Luxurious, high-energy urban center known as “The Manhattan of the South”

Brickell is a high-energy business and financial district located just south of Downtown Miami. It is the location of many international banks and business headquarters, second only to the financial district of New York City, so it is often referred to as “The Manhattan of the South.” The bustling, tree-lined streets feature towering offices and condominiums, street-front shops and restaurants, and a glistening modern cityscape. Brickell is also just a short drive from the gorgeous white sand beaches of Miami Beach.

Brickell emanates a distinctively luxurious and upscale urban vibe. The predominantly professional residents reside in ultra-modern, well-appointed high-rise condominiums and apartment towers, many of which have beautiful views of Biscayne Bay. Most of the residential establishments offer fitness centers, day spas, on-site parking, and concierge services. The exclusive luxury of the area makes it desirable for C-level business professionals, doctors, lawyers, banking executives, as well as famous athletes and musicians. The city is pedestrian-friendly, having almost everything one may need or desire within a short distance. A fantastic public transportation system is available for longer trips.

Brickell Key is a man-made, triangle-shaped island just off the shoreline of Brickell. This 44-acre residential oasis is home to businesses, and iconic condominiums and hotels, most of which were constructed in the 1980s and 90s. It’s an exclusive, guarded community with a walking path around the perimeter and scenic Brickell Key Park on the island’s southern tip.
